At Cult Moda, we aim to provide you with the highest quality products. If you purchase a product and it has a defect, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will repair (if reasonably possible) the product or refund the price to you. If the product has a major defect, you are entitled to either a refund or replacement, at your discretion. Normal wear and tear, or failure to take reasonable care of the product leading to it being damaged will not be considered a defect.

You are entitled to return a product if you change your mind provided you contact us and post the item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached. The original packaging must also be returned in saleable condition. Some items are excluded from the change of mind returns policy. These include sale items, and swimwear items excluded for hygiene reasons. Please note, delivery and shipping fees, as well as the cost of any packaging used to return items to us will not be refunded. 

Nothing in our policy is intended to exclude your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
